Final Sale Items
All antiques, one-of-a-kind pieces, and made-to-order lighting (including the Full Dress collection) are final sale. Because these items are either sourced as singular, non-repeatable objects or produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed — except in the case of damage or defect, outlined below.
Vintage and antique pieces are sold as-is. Age-appropriate wear, patina, and minor imperfections are part of the character of these objects and are not considered defects—they're considered part of the character of the piece.
Returns
General merchandise that falls outside of antique, vintage, and made-to-order pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt on a case-by-case basis provided the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss. Customers may either ship the item back at their own expense or drop it off in person. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
If a returned piece arrives back to us damaged, we are unable to accept it as a return, and it will be shipped back to the customer.
Damage or Defects
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect (and of the packaging, if damage may have occurred in transit)
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery cannot be guaranteed a resolution.
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll work with you to determine the best path forward — repair, replacement, or refund — at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue and the item involved.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order, we cannot guarantee modifications to an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully at checkout.
